His presidential seal socks clash wonderfully with his black skirt (or shorts,..it’s impossible to make that determination) which emphasize the pastiness of his white legs.
And of course, the crowning glory of this charming tableau: The Black Crocs.

I was just browsing the photos of a group over on Facebook called “Hata Foppatoffeln,” which can’t be directly translated into English but which basically means, “Hating ugly slippers/shoes.” The shoes in question are mainly Crocs. You know, those horrid gardening clogs that somehow became fashionable.
